Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
A DAF is a centralized charitable giving account that makes it easy to support your favorite charities and keep track of your giving. If you already have a DAF, just contact your Donor-Advised Fund administrator to recommend a grant to HMRI. Our legal name is Huntington Medical Research Institutes and our EIN is 95-1757119.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
Are you 70.5 or older? If so, you can make a gift to HMRI directly from your IRA. This common type of gift is called a Qualified Charitable Distribution, or QCD. A QCD can help lower your taxable income and count as part of your required minimum distribution. It is an easy way to support the work you care about. You can give up to the annual limit each year.
