Title: Microfabrication Engineer
Experience Required: 1 – 6 years
Pay: $52,500 annually, plus benefit package including medical, dental, and pension plan.
Education Required: Masters Degree

Job Duties: Perform entire silicon wafer processing of biomedical devices in cleanroom environment for implantation into the brain and spinal cord. Must have experience operating stepper, e-beam metal disposition system, dielectric deposition systems, dry etching systems, and measurement tools. Candidate will develop and refine existing wafer-level procedures for reactive ion etching and deep-reactive ion etching systems and train junior engineers to use semi-conductor cleanrooms.
